The Nutritional Therapy Process

How it works

As a society, we have become reliant on processed and sub-par foods that leave us nutrient-deprived, over-weight and cranky! Every person is different and every body needs a unique approach for optimal health. My job is to determine what is missing in your diet, what the impact is on your health and how to make changes that nourish you.

Tools for Success

Changing one’s diet is not a small feat. Food is a part of every area of our lives. It provides the building blocks for our physical bodies and thus has a dramatic impact on our health. But food is not just physical, food is also an integral part of our social lives and sometimes a direct reflection of our emotional states.

While some blogs, t.v. shows and books would have you believe diets are easy if only you would follow them, we all know it’s not that simple!

The truth is, changing one’s diet is about changing one’s life. It takes time, commitment and education. It takes having the right program for your body’s specific needs. Each of us is profoundly different and require a unique approach to truly heal.

Deprivation doesn’t work and more often than not leaves people in worse shape than before they started on their health kick.

As a certified Nutritional Therapist and Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner, I don’t just guess at what your body needs – I use very specific digestive, hormone and food inflammation tests to target exactly what your body needs so you can truly heal.

My first client when I became a Nutritional Therapist was me. I’m continually amazed at how much better I feel now – and how much my life has opened up – since I got serious about my health and nutrition. It’s such a pleasure for me to watch my clients go through the same transformation.

Most people think that changing their diets will equate to eating celery and cabbage for the rest of their lives.

Delicious meals shared with the people we love is one of life’s greatest treasures. I love teaching people easy ways to completely revamp their diet and their lifestyle without sacrificing taste or convenience.

What to expect

You’ve enlisted my help because something in your body doesn’t feel right. I can help you to figure out how your digestion, diet and hormones are contributing to these concerns and give you the support required for making big changes for a lifetime.

Unique approach

For over six years, I practiced Nutritional Therapy based off of symptom presentation. While I was able to support my clients through at times massive dietary changes, a lot of their issues remained, despite their truly immaculate diet.

By incorporating gastrointestinal, food inflammation, adrenal and hormone tests into my practice, I’m able to curate unique healing protocols for my clients that are based off of test results, not just symptoms.
