Miracle in my Mouth

Hi There,

I have a confession to make… I am a total food snob.

I refuse to put anything in my mouth that doesn’t blow my mind.

In my journey to figure out what the heck was wrong with me and why I was so tired, achy & missing my period, I spent too many years eating food that was akin to cardboard.

Now, it is crystal clear to me that life is way too short to eat anything less than a miracle in my mouth. This culinary commitment required me to change my mindset and learn how to cook all the while figuring out what restaurants, packaged foods and food prep services I needed to stay on track.

Look, I know how I feel the moment the word “diet” slips into the air.

Visceral memories of deprivation, white-knuckling-endurance and frankly, “I hate this and furthermore this is unsustainable” all come to mind.

As a nutritionist, one of the biggest hurtles I jump with my clients is figuring out how to incorporate nutrient-full foods into their diets that are both healing and addictively delicious.

Before you get to thinking I’m going to give you the golden keys to the castle, I’m here to tell you that eating healthy and yummy food that is “just right” for your biochemistry is often not a simple process and absolutely does require you to step up your commitment to yourself.

It requires planning, stretching yourself and believing in a version of yourself that has not yet come to fruition.

Call it work.

Call it an investment.

Whatever you call it, the less thought you have to put into it, the more successful you will be which is why I include 30 days of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in my Gut Healing Program.

Sending you so much love,
