Every single person I have ever worked with has faced the same challenges.

They feel confused about how to eat, how to move, and how to organize their self-care into consumable bites. They are worried they won’t be able to sit on the floor with their grandkids, be able to perform at the highest levels at work or be present and patient for their children.

They worry that their health will keep them from relishing in the joys of life and deprive them of showing up to life as the very best version of themselves.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

I was a hot mess!

I’ve struggled with my health since my early teens. I had chronic sinus infections and digestion issues which devolved in my early twenties into significant hormonal imbalances and chronic fatigue. If that wasn’t enough fun, I began experiencing chronic pain, especially acute low back pain, that disabled me for days on end.

And my symptoms were seriously impacting my mood, my career, and my family.


My body was inhibiting my ability to really show up in my life, and I felt absolutely desperate to feel better.

I looked for answers everywhere, but I couldn’t find them.

So I decided I was going to have to figure it out. And I did. And so can you.

But - don’t be fooled. I’m not going to give you all of the answers. I still run into speed bumps with my health and so will you.

We've been taught to believe health is a short game, but anyone who's tried and failed to turn their health around knows that's not true.

My job is to give you the tools to understand your body’s cues so that you can develop your own malleable and uniquely you self-care plan.
